About the program
The
Sharper Minds progress tracker
helps to monitor how you are going each week of semester in six domains: study, healthy eating, sleep, physical activity, social connection, and mood. Each entry takes about a minute, and you will be able to see a graph of how you are going across the semester. Get started anytime!
The
Tuned In
program is an evidence based 4-session online course that teaches you how to use music listening to help regulate anxiety, promote focus, and manage other common academic situations.
Groups 4 Education
is an evidence based 5-session online course that teaches you how to develop a sense of belonging and connection to others. Positive social connections help you to think, communicate, and learn.
The
Fit 4 Study
course is an evidence-informed 4-session small group program that shows you how to get started with physical activity and strategies for staying active when things get busy or tough.
The
Grunt
course is an evidence based 4-session online program that builds your strengths with mindfulness and other mood regulation strategies for better wellbeing.
The
Food for the Brain
course is an evidence informed 4-session online program that teaches you practical skills for shopping, cooking, and eating well while you are studying at University.
The
Better Sleep
program is an evidence informed program aimed at improving your sleep health. It is a 4-session, group based program that will build your knowledge of healthy sleep, help you to identify your sleep barriers, and provide you with behavioural strategies that may help you sleep better. This program also asks that you complete daily sleep diaries and wear a wrist-worn sleep tracker for 7 days before and after the online sessions.
