The Better Sleep program is an evidence informed program aimed at improving your sleep health. It is a 4-session, group based program that will build your knowledge of healthy sleep, help you to identify your sleep barriers, and provide you with behavioural strategies that may help you sleep better. This program also asks that you complete daily sleep diaries and wear a wrist-worn sleep tracker for 7 days before and after the online sessions.
Group courses may run online or in person and will start throughout the year subject to demand. Once you register your interest a team member will contact you with further information.
