As a university student, this module aims to help you be more aware and knowledgeable about healthy sleep and healthy sleep behaviours.

The Better Sleep program is an evidence informed program aimed at improving your sleep health. It is a 4-session, group based program that will build your knowledge of healthy sleep, help you to identify your sleep barriers, and provide you with behavioural strategies that may help you sleep better.

Group courses will run once per semester, starting in April and in September. Once you register your interest a team member will contact you with further information.
