With all the pressure and stresses of university life, when things happen, we can become reactive. The "Growing Resilience using Novel Techniques" (GRUNT) module is designed to give you practical skills to cope with challenging situations at Uni.
The module takes 15-20 minutes to complete. Please click on the button below to access the module.
The Grunt course is an evidence based 4-session program that builds your strengths with mindfulness and other mood regulation strategies for better wellbeing.
