“Live” facilitated group courses

The Food for the Brain course is an evidence informed 4-session program that teaches you practical skills for shopping, cooking, and eating well while you are studying at University.

Watch this video to hear UQ students talk about why eating is important for students.

“It's great that [Food For the Brain course] is so tailored to a university lifestyle, because it can be kind of overwhelming just to be told, “You need to eat healthy all the time, you need to get this much exercise a day, you need to get as much sleep a day, you need to do well in your studies...”
- UQ Student feedback

Group courses will run once per semester, starting in April and in September. Once you register your interest a team member will contact you with further information.
